St Mary Magdelene Church
This world famous church is the final resting place of the poet Lord Byron, his daughter Countess Ada Lovelace, renowned as the world's first computer programmer and in the graveyard, Ben Caunt the English Champion Boxer. The church also contains the largest collection of stained glass windows by the Victorian artist C.E. Kempe as well as some rare wall paintings. There is also a sensory garden and a memorial garden to the poet.
